Dietary & Allergen Info
Please note that all my products are freshly baked onsite in my kitchen, which handles ingredients used to make all of my products.

While I do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, I have a small kitchen and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.
​
My kitchen handles the following allergens: dairy, nuts, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten(wheat), egg, milk, sesame, wheat sesame, seed, sulphites and soya.
​
If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of my products.

Flour, butter, eggs, salt, sugar (all types),water, margarine, cheese (various types), yeast, coffee, cream cheese, fruit, nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, coconut, peanuts, pistachios, walnuts), fondant icing, chocolate, dried fruit, food colourings, mustard powder, cinnamon, rosemary, ginger. Please contact me if you wish to know the ingredients of a specific product.

While I am stringent in checking all products, dishes may contain nut/nut derivatives or egg shell.

All my ingredients are purchased in Switzerland (Aligros, Aldi, Migros, Coop, Lidl, local farms).
