My vanilla sponge recipe in it's own little loaf tin with a lid. These are decorated by hand with buttercream flowers and leaves.
Measures approx 15x5cm. Minimum of 2 cakes per order.

Sugar, Margarine, Flour, Eggs, Baking Powder, Vanilla Extract, Butter, Icing Sugar, Colourant

Store at room temperature (not in the fridge). Best eaten within 48 hours of collection.

Large Garden Box (without topper)
My vanilla sponge in a tray bake form decorated with buttercream flowers and leaves.
Measures 36cm by 23cm and feeds at least 20 people in generous slices :-).
