Don't forget to include the type and number of cupcakes you would like, the flavour in applicable (flower cupcakes are only vanilla flavour), colour preference and the date and time you would like to collect them.

I am unable to offer delivery and all orders are collected from my home bakery in Vich.  (Please note that submission of the form does not constitue an order confirmation :-))
